This was a repaint for sale with a few more detailed items like cracking skylight, refinishing the floor, pressure washed the deck. And primed the drywall in the garage. All ceilings and walls painted 2 coats. Moderate patching due to nail holes, nail pops, and settling cracks. Entry and Dining room floor stripped and stain matched to surrounding woodwork. Finished with polyurathane.
