This was a house I had previously painted the exterior of, garage and fence included. Started project anticipating a spruce up for sale. Ended up being sold almost as I began so I only did the southern unit. Full refinish job, every paint-able surface was painted. Plus 2 coats in 2 brown bed rooms in the Northern unit. Each side was a 2 bed 1 bath unit. Didn’t do any work in the basement.
