Condo in downtown Minneapolis. Original scope was 2 coats on walls and 1 coat on ceilings in 7 rooms. The product chosen by homeowner did not fully cover walls in 2 coats so scope expanded to 3.5 coats with several more rounds of patching and touch-ups were included. “Wallpaper” plastic mesh in kitchen removed and patched smooth. Same color on ceilings and walls. B.M. Aura Eggshell in Simply White is very thin and drippy.
