Newly bought Wayzata home. Painted walls in 2 of the upstairs bedrooms, caulked in the fireplace. Refinished basement with accented bar area and office built-ins. Pre-finished new larger baseboard and touched- up after install and carpet. Oil primer used to cover dark stained wood. Patched nail holes and caulked gaps on everything. Primed and sanded roller stipple off of the built-in desk to make smooth. Grain shows quite a bit on the darker enamel but homeowners liked it. Lots of patching on the stairs and window wells. Minor wall patches.
