Bottom 2 floors on a rental unit in between tenants. Moderate amount of patching cracking walls and caulking seems. Cut and rolled 2 coats, 2 colors. Brushing in the crown molding, the stairs, pantry shelves, and front entry added to scope. Originally painted with promar 200, upgraded to a matte Duration Interior for a better finish with no flashing.
