Random list of stuff. Wood counter around bathroom sink had water damage, table varnish was worn, dark stain on ceiling, cut lines in stairwell were terrible, the woodwork in stairwell needed a top coat of gel-stain, doors were primed but not enameled, various enamel touch-ups, and a rental apartment needed some drywall repair after they did work on washer/dryer.
