  • Sand and route a bevel edge on casing. Refinish faces. Reinstall 700

Down the road I plan to rebuild the railing and make improvements to tread height on the steps. And relocate the closet and knock down that wall to add more space. Then way down the road, possibly, raise up the north wall and the roof on that side to add 200sq ft.
